Sutton Foster is an award-winning artist, performer and dancer who has appeared in eleven Broadway productions - including the return of Violet - and originated roles in the Broadway performances including The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performance as a dancer and actor in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search, at the age of 15 was her first time that she was on television. Since then, she has been on Bunheads as well as Psych. Sutton Foster, a solo artist, has performed all over the nation and abroad together with Michael Rafter. Her songs include "Wish", "An Evening with Sutton Foster - Live at Cafe Carlyle" (her second album) in addition to "Anevening with Sutton Foster - Live at Joe's Pub". She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in 2011 from Ball State University, where she is also advisor and faculty member for the Department of Theatre and Dance. She has been starring in TVLand's "Younger" produced by Darren Star, since March 2015.
